Respect for Others: Residents and guests must treat all individuals with courtesy and respect at all times.

Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).

Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if applicable. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside residences and common areas.

Guest Policy: Management must be notified of overnight guests. All guests are required to follow community rules.

Emergency Systems: Emergency call systems, if provided, are to be used for genuine emergencies only.

Door Security: Residents must keep their doors locked and should not allow unknown individuals into the building.

Fire Safety: Tampering with fire safety equipment or propping open fire doors is strictly prohibited.

Common Areas: Hallways, stairwells, and emergency exits must remain clear at all times.

Cleanliness: Residents are responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary living space.

Alterations: No permanent changes may be made without prior written approval from management.

Appliances: Only management-approved household appliances are permitted to ensure electrical safety.

Scheduling: Residents must follow posted hours and reservation guidelines for shared spaces.

Clean-Up: All common areas must be cleaned immediately after use, including kitchens, laundry rooms, and activity spaces.
